PDP APPLICATION INFORMATION (DATA SUBJECT REQUESTS)
As İNANÇ TEKNİK METAL İNŞAAT SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“İnanç Teknik”), we place great importance on enabling you to exercise your rights under the Turkish Law on Protection of Personal Data (No. 6698, “KVKK” or “PDP Law”).
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (such as learning whether your data is processed, requesting correction/deletion of data, etc.) to our Company via the methods specified below, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.
Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
APPLICATION CHANNELS
- In-Person Application:
- You may apply in person to our company headquarters at Köseler Mah. Şükürtepe Sk. Toki Konutları Yanı No:90 Dilovası-Kocaeli-Türkiye with documents verifying your identity.
- By Mail (Registered Mail / Notary):
- You may send your application form with a wet signature or your petition containing your request to Köseler Mah. Şükürtepe Sk. Toki Konutları Yanı No:90 Dilovası-Kocaeli-Türkiye via registered mail or notary.
- The notification envelope should be marked “Information Request Regarding Protection of Personal Data”.
- By E-mail:
